because private property rights are just as important as 2nd amendment rights? Corporations don't have Rights.
If they abuse their privlidges (corporate charter) granted by the state to infringe upon the Rights of their employees, then the state should seize that corporation and give it to the employees.

Corporations, as legal entities, and as representations of their owners, do indeed have property rights. To say otherwise is just foolishness and reveals your naivete or willingness to lie to suit your agenda. By your 'logic', the state could demand that every corporation put up a portrait of hillary clinton in their lobby. Because, hey, corporations don't have rights!
