I don't think there is really any need for me to comment here. Does anyone have a bunny with a pancake on its head?

Fine. Henceforth, the only Abu Ghraib prisoners she will be allowed to walk naked on a leash are ones who were oxygen-deprived at birth and have speech impediments.

Her defense should look into that study by the University of Albuquerque that said ugly kids get treated worse by their parents. She could blame it all on Mommy and Daddy!

Might mean more coming from a MD instead of a PHd.

Beat me to it. Is there a formal medical name for that condition? Fetal Ugliness Syndrome?

Well, she is pretty short and stocky. She looks oddly built, before any short, stocky FReepers flame me. Maybe a genetic problem, besides lack of oxygen? No comments on the baby. All babies are beautiful.

Just more excuses. Why did she join the Army if she wasn't physically and psychologically fit to stand duty?

This woman has hurt the mission in Iraq more than she will ever know. How many Americans were killed in retaliation for the Abu Ghraib scandal? How much harder was it to convince the Iraqis that the US stands for justice? The effect of the Abu Ghraib scandal resounded around the armed forces. I work on a submarine and yet still felt the repercussions.

She deserves nothing less than the maximum sentence prescribed by law.

Oh for goodness sakes, look at that girl's eyes :( More than a lack of oxygen, imo. Hey, at least she tried to be a soldier...more than I can say for healthy yuppie offspring.

And she hurt the Army more than any terrorist ever could.

the reservist was oxygen-deprived at birth, speech impaired and had trouble learning to read.

This sounds more like an indictment of the military's admission criteria than a defense of a soldier.
