>>>The first crime happened 10 yrs. ago. The article doesn't mention anything about the wife having prior knowledge of his criminal past.>>>
You don't marry a convicted killer on parole and not know anything about his past. There are too many things they have to do for her not to know.
You would be surprised how many hook up with inmates. They think they will change.
The below site is one of the more interesting I have found on the Web. You have to register but it's worth it. There are something like 40,000 members. Most of them are families and penpals.
I found it back when Martha Stewart got arrested, I wanted to see if anyone was writing about her. They have forums for everything to include Loving Violent Offenders, News from Death Row, etc. etc. It's unbelievable.

And you know this because? Are you telling me that there hasn't been men and women out there who married an individual without knowing about a criminal past?
I would disagree. I recall hearing about cases where women were duped by husbands who were living double lives. I'm inclined to believe that it would seem unlikely, but it has happened.
My point is this: The remarks of some seems to suggest that the wife was a fool and only got what one would expect from being married to a convicted murderer. IMHO, that's irrelevant due to the lack of information we have regarding the wife and children.

Right, I was thinking that too. Show your friend this story. And where is her daughter's father? Your friend might be foolish (goodness knows I've got foolish friends and friends who think I'm a dope) but there is no good reason to put her daughter in that situation.
