Best place in the USA was Glens Hickory Inn in Okla City and next place was up around Johnsondale, California on the Kern river.

Damn shame but Glens shut down or burned but not for lack of business.

Was nice to walk in, pick out your steak, and watch it cooked to perfection, Medium WELL. Um! ambrosia.
