If you take the emotion out of abortion you find it a very Grey issue, there are no Black & White absolutes.
Now do you find it acceptable
for abortion in cases of Rape, Incest or the Mother's life being in danger?
Now in this case we do not know what the circumstances of the pregnancy was. Was it rape? If so are you going to make this child have that baby?
What if this was your 13 year old child, are you going to make her have this baby? If so then what will you do, raise it yourself? You see the more think about it the more complicated it becomes and what are the answers here?

The rest of your post aside, this is a rather silly argument. It's equally likely that she's carrying the child that developes a bioweapon that wipes out 1/3 of the American population.
