Get ready to get flamed. There are several on this Forum that believe "If its legal, it must be "moral"; if its "moral," and you refuse to do it, you deserve to be fired, with no conscience clause to protect your God-given right not to be forced to participate in the destruction of innocent human life. Presumably, his employer has no problem with his decision not to prescribe the morning-after pill.
There should be no "conscience clause" preventing employers from firing employees who refuse to do their jobs, however. Nobody is forced to perform abortions or prescribe contraception.

Once again, you are confusing employment with ownership or slavery. An employer has no right to dictate an employees moral beliefs, or to demand that an employee violate them.
