INVERNESS, Fla. - An Inverness man was arrested Saturday after breaking into his neighbors' house and threatening them, shocking himself by sticking his fingers into a lamp socket, threatening a deputy with a metal rod, running naked through his yard and chewing through a cable in a patrol car, authorities said.Another unhappy Kerry supporter.
I am telling you... these democrats are becoming unhinged!

Ha! That's what I was beginning to think. I may have to quit drinking the water down here.

What was Ted Kennedy doing in Inverness? He usually hangs out in Palm Beach.

That has been stated before, here on FR, and I am now beginning to think there is something to it.
I live about three miles from this whacker, after moving here from Pinellas County in '97. I reckon it's time to move to Montana!. ;)

That just caused the intruder to demand to be shocked some more. He grabbed a lamp, unscrewed the bulb and stuck his fingers in, shocking himself and yelling."
I'm sorry, I'm laughing. This must have been some wild & crazy scene!

This guy is very obviously crazier than a sh!thouse rat.
Be that as it may, if he had attempted to break into my house, well, let's just say that the taxpayer wouldn't have to worry about funding any "rehab" or "mental health" clinics for him.
As it turned out, this nut was lucky.

.....He was yelling that he was "ready to go to jail." .... I guess so!

I wonder if he has the same bumper stickers I saw on a car yesterday; one on the back window and one on the bumper:
Fight the Stupids
Kerry/Edwards 2004
I found it delightfully ironic...

These things don't usually crack me up, but... I'll bet no party's dull when this guy's there.

thanks for the ping.
I'm still laughing. What a nutcase.

I would like to know what his rap sheet says. A large part of our problem here in Fla. is that the Florida Supreme Court emptied out our jails about 5 years ago in response to the US Supreme Court decision on gain time.
A lot of the prisoners are still here in Fla., but some of them are headed north. Watch out.

So I've been told. Still ... there must be a place left in the continental U.S.of A. that an old geezer can go and have his bacon and eggs, ciggarettes and coffee, pour his used oil an his dirt road, and take his dogs out in the woods and kill some deer and rabbits to eat.
Of course, in Florida I can shoot and kill a Shyne Harris Phelps, if he breaks into my home, with no fear of prosecution from the law.
For that I guess, I should be thankful. ;)
