`SEC. 102. INTERMEDIATE AND EXPORT SALES.

            `(1) BUSINESS AND EXPORT PURPOSES- No tax shall be imposed under
                 section 101 on any taxable property or service purchased

So, if this is correct there will be no need to tear down the contractors register at Home Depot? If you have a business license you can walk into any retail establishment, flash your license, and be exempt from the NRST? If this is true, then that part needs to be nixed. It's either no exemptions or it's not.

After they delete that, they can add parts that say raising the federal tax percentage will require a super-majority of both Houses of Congress and the President's signature to pass. Lowering it could just be treated as a regular bill.
