LA Times thinks its great that the composition of the L.A. Basin changes towards a decidedly more Hispanic, illegal and less educated tilt. Until they figure out these people don't read newspapers.
The LA Times will soon be campaigning for white immigration into LA, so they can do the newspaper reading that Mexicans refuse to do.
