My New Orleans (Nawlins) born mother made both Cajun and Creole, and as a little girl, I hated both....lol.
Ah, thanks for that bit of info. I didn't realize there was more than one variety! It's very GOOD though! Chicken and rice and loads of spice! LMAO!!
