Just refer back to my comment in post number 9: Schwartz' affiliation with the cult of death, Sufi or otherwise, indicates that he isn't thinking straight, and
Weekly Standard or otherwise, he should be politely dismissed. Islime is by its nature intolerant, and that derives from its foundational words (Koran, Hadiths, Sunnah). Intolerance that is systemic and built in BY DEFINITION is not possible to be removed, nor moderated. As much as I enjoy Schwartz' writings, as well as those of Daniel Pipes, their constant exhortations to support islime-ic "moderates" are starting to ring hollow. In islime, those who deviate from the ravings of the pedophile phalse prophet are viewed as apostate, and as subject to death as a Christian or Jew who refuses
dhimma....and so-called "moderate" muslimes are viewed as apostate.
So again I ask, why should we pay any attention to Schwartz beyond his periodic statements of the obvious?
