Ever heard of a rolling stop? You check for cars and pedestrians in every direction, and come to a semi-stop.It's something that some of us occasionally do if there is no one else at the intersection.
When I explained to the cop, that I didn't think the stop I made was a threat to safety, she replied...."We have zero tolerance for that kind of thing."
At some point it just gets to be too much. :-(
