Ga. Woman Found, Reportedly Got Cold Feet
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - A Georgia bride-to-be who vanished just days before her wedding turned up in New Mexico and fabricated a tale of abduction before admitting Saturday that she got cold feet and "needed some time alone," police said.
Jennifer Wilbanks, 32, was in police custody more than 1,420 miles from her home on what was supposed to be her wedding day Saturday.
"It turns out that Miss Wilbanks basically felt the pressure of this large wedding and could not handle it," said Randy Belcher, the police chief in Duluth, Ga., the Atlanta suburb where Wilbanks lives with her fiance. He said there would be no criminal charges.
Wilbanks had called her fiance, John Mason, from a pay phone late Friday and told him that she had been kidnapped three days earlier while jogging, authorities said. Her family rejoiced that she was safe, telling reporters that the media coverage apparently got to the kidnappers.
What a bi-atch!
Unfortunately her cold feet became national news. Oh well, she'll have a story to tell her grandkids.

What a bitch. I hope her finance dumps all of her stuff out of their apartment unto the street. Imagine making your finance the top suspect in your disappearance for a solid week. Man, that's true love.

What was the name of the church where the betroved received pre-marital counseling? I'll bet dollars to donut holes that it was a liberal church.
I wonder what kind of Christian pre-marital counseling do you get, when you are currently shacking up with your fiancé'? Does their pastor think that a successful marriage can come out of a sinful relationship? Did that counseling not condemn the sin they were currently living in? Is this the way Christians behave?
These kinds of asinine situations are typical products of liberal churches. Next will be the Hollywood book and movie deals - a real life "Run-A-Way Bride". The feminazis will deify her and there will be no consequences for her actions. Worst of all, they wil probably still get married.
What a pathetic story of Christian culture in our country today.
Excuse me but I don't feel sorry for this over indulged woman one bit. While little girls are "really" abducted, passed around like a loaf of French bread, forced into prostitution and or kiddie porn.
