Lynndie England is not a scapegoat. She, and the rest of those people (they were NOT "Soldiers"!), have to pay for their wrongdoings.

The evil actions of terrorists (NOT "insurgents") in Iraq must be, and is being, dealt with. They are literally evil, and will be held accountable to Man and to God.
