There's no overwhelming majority in the Senate, but the fact is Republican have the Presidency, House majority, and Senate majority and still can't figure out how to force a vote on these judges.
It "looks" pathetic to the rest of us.

Exactly. They ran for office, we voted them in, and now we get wet noodle politics. No border security and 10+ million illegal aliens running around the country almost 4 years after 9/11. 4 years of a stalled energy policy while gas climbs well over $2/gallon. "Drunken Sailor" spending and soaring deficits.
Enough already! Act like fiscal conservatives with leadership on national security!
