The beads remind me of lamps from long ago with bead trim around the base of the shades. That is why I noticed them. Like I said I am OLD!
Anyway, maybe some of the lady freepers might have a clue about that outfit with and when bead trim was popular. That might help date the pic.

My wife thinks that these clothes may be a knock-off of a Gymboree line that appeared about 4 years ago; possibly from Old Navy or Gap for Kids.
