A concerned citizen spotted a male juvenile carrying a suspiciously concealed item into Marshall Junior High School early Thursday morning.I'm suspicious of "concerned citizens." I don't think they have anything better to do than watch what other people are doing and jump to conclusions based on zero evidence.
