With age comes wisdom; apparently Dame Thatcher sees the socialist handwriting on the wall.

How terrible for Baroness Thatcher. She did so much for that country at a time of great need and her reward is to see her legacy spit upon. Blair couldn't have become PM if Thatcher hadn't saved Britain from itself first.

That said, it's probably for the best that she abstains from the electoral campaign. She hasn't proven herself to be an asset in the past because she is too strong-willed and overshadows the Tory candidates.

She famously said "There is no such thing as 'Majorism'" about the pale limp nonentity that followed her as Conservative "leader."

Who is the Conservative leader now? Can't recall. There seems to be no such thing as "Whatshisname-ism" either.

So, all you "big tent" Republicans: Lose your differentiation, lose everything - understand?
