It's rather ironic that the "for the children" crowd is clueless in regard to their effect "on the children". Or on society in general, for that matter

They have no concept whatsoever of manners or respect for others. They are their own gods; self-serving brats who feel entitled to unaccountability and who are teaching our kids that it is ok to be that way. That it is ok to spew hate-filled and violent rhetoric. This is one of the reasons why we have so many out-of-control kids. They have learned from people like the Air America crowd that it's ok to say anything and to do anything and if whatever they say or do comes back to haunt them, blame someone else.

I'm tired of it. The left needs to grow up.

The left did grow up, back in the late '60s. These are just burned out hippies who have taken over the Democratic Party because they saw an opening.

I think it was naive of me, and others, to think that just because the hippies were quiet for awhile meant that they had gone mainstream. These people are religiously beholden to a failed philosophy that they will never let go of.

Go back and look at some of the films of these people in the late '60s and early 70s. They are absolute fanatics, including Jane Fonda. I think it's our mistake to think they are just disillusioned about Communism like naive teenagers. These people will take this to there graves.

Just remember, if you're young and you're not a Communist, you have no heart. If you're old and you're still a Communist, you have no brain.
