No, thanks. I already have a good job, and I have no desire to abandon one messed up federal system just to joing another that respects neither its own constitution or the right's of its states. I'd rather fix our system and remain a Canadian, as I was born and as my ancestors fought and died. Is that too hard to understand?

You definitely don't speak for all up here.
At least, unlike Canada, America has a legitimate Constitution - and an excellent one when its wording is strictly adhered to.
Trudeau's arbitrarily imposed Charter of alleged Rights and Freedoms - but no responsibilities - is the national equivalent of a corporate "poison pill". Saying you'd "rather fix our system" is as realistic as making retirement plans based upon anticipated lottery winnings.
Aside from the fact that its "amending formula" gives veto power to supposed "provinces" with populations smaller than numerous urban areas, it guarantees public funding of radical minority special interests and enshrines the virtual non-accountability of the same unelected Judicial hacks which it compels you to bring your imagined "fixes" before for approval. Plus, it's so fundamentally flawed and openly socialistic that it doesn't even contain the right to own property!
There is no logical solution other than the wholesale substitution of Trudeau's bogus Charter for a superior, far more moral document.
My ancestors' dues-paid likely rank with yours but I'm also certain mine knew when to cut their loses and when it was time to stop flogging an obviously dead horse.

I hear you. But you guys have an even bigger job than us as far as cleaning up your country. Heck, you've got the Muzzies trying to impose their system of "justice".
Fight hard. We're all counting on you.
