I don't know squat about squat, but I might venture to guess that it's main role will be tied to national missile defense and this is a perfect test run in tracking our own launches.

That is a fishing trawler, clear as day. Sheesh. Nothing very Illuminati-like about that. The dead giveaway is are the new-fangled Mk-IV elevated downrigger sidepods. This thing also sports one of them new fangled ultra-stealth magneto-inductance hydrodynamic flow impellers (as is evidenced by the cryogenic hydrogen and LOX reseviors atop the crew quarters). The fishin' industry's been clamorin' for this technology for a looooong time.
