As to whether Bush has, or has not, said the right things depends entirely on your opinion as to the solution for the problem.

Obviously, those who want to round-up and deport, build the wall, and militarize the border are displeased with what Bush has/has not said.

Likewise, those on the left such as La Raza and the unions are not pleased with Bush's language.

Believe it or not, some are completely satisfied with what he has said.

I think it's not so much big business that hires illegals, but the bulk of small business. But then, they also employ about 80% of Americans, too. The small business community is huge.
