Not that I know of any, but why?

A family member is about to try a product. If it's a
scam, I'd like to know (and I don't even know the
name of it).
"Commercial Spam" is a violation of FR policy. Unfortunately, fybromyalgia threads tend to degenerate into a giant commercial for OTC therapies of one sort or another. And then the thread gets pulled. Try clicking on the "fibromyalgia" keyword above to see what I mean.
Is there anyway to truly research the effect of these commercial products? Probably not.
You could check to see if they are FDA approved, or approved by the FDA equivalent in countries like Germany and Japan, who do an excellent job of OTC research.
