Quite a deep thinker and pontificator you are!

Am I?
Hmmmm, well good.
I'll take that as a compliment. A sincere compliment.

Well, good, because it was conveyed as a sincere compliment! :)

While I can't imagine how hard it is to forgive someone who murdered me, I remember a Great Man who once begged God to "forgive them, for they know not what they do." While the crime is horrendous, we don't know whether the man has truly had a change of heart or not, and we definitely don't know how God will judge him. Souls like his are in most need of prayer. Its really quite simple if he had a change of heart and asked God for forgivenes then he is forgiven and thats the end of that. We are indeed saved by God's grace and I hope the he did have a change of heart to be with his Grandmother.

"forgive them, for they know not what they do." God and man can forgive these vermin. That does not mean that they should not be exterminated. Witness the two crooks who were crucified alongside of Christ. Zero recidivism therefrom.

Oh I know, I was just making a statement to everyone flaming the man as an irredeemable soul who could not possibly be forgiven. That is all. =)
