On the 50 cents per gallon issue, it has risen 50 cents on average nationwife since January. Me? I simply stopped driving so much. I am a disabled vet so I either take a bus where I need to go or walk. I fill up my tank once a month and that's it.
I get all the gas I want for cheap with a $5 meal at my local greasy spoon!
I really need to go to decent restaurants.
