When these billboards were first mentioned here on FreeRepublic, there was some discussion that the reference to Mexico could have been the work of vandals. One of these billboards is at Woodly and Sherman Way in Van Nuys. I drove by it yesterday and took a good, hard look at it. It's not the work of a vandal. It's part of the original billboard graphic.

Yep, I saw the exact same one. Southeast corner of Woodley and Sherman way, above the 7-11, facing north.
