This article underestimates Hillary's ability to snow the public, and overestimates by a mile the public's ability to recall past events.

Not to mention the writer's assumption that the public, when reminded of past transgressions, will care one iota about them.

The public will only pay attention to a few seconds of the evening news, and she will put forth a positive attitude with well-choreographed sound bites. And unless the Republicans have a super candidate, she will win.

IMHO - There is only one person who could beat Hillary in a head to head Presidential Election. That person is Miss Rice. If Hillary snowballs the undecided middle into thinking that Hillary really is centrist and will be playing hard against terrorism, that automatically gets her close to 50 %. She has a lock on most of the left. And the Republicans last two Presidential elections were difficult races against boring candidates (Gore and Kerry). If Hillary wants it, only Rice could stop her. The only thing that will trump the first Women President in US history, would be the first Black Women President in US history. Rice would deliver enough of the black vote to win the election. The women vote will be split 50-50. I suspect however that the republicans will end up nominating another (fall of the stage) Dole candidate or perhaps another (read my lips) candidate.

For the oligarchy to hold, the pendulum must keep swinging back and forth.

She still has not explained her wheeling and dealing during her husband's term in the White House.

Nor is she likely to. The press will never ask her any hard questions and she sure as heck won't let ordinary little people, like voters, ask her any unscripted questions.
