Now you are getting close to the real issue, 80% of Black children are born Out of Wedlock. OOWs are a social disaster everywhere they are encountered and had destroyed the public school systems of the major cities. It is particularly bad when Momma is a total lunatic as well. Yes, out of wedlock children are a problem. But just as much of a problem is two parent families that are at war with the school system. They won't allow for any punishment for their children, they won't accept constructive criticism on their children and they are vocal in their resistance to the school.

I'm not advocating rolling over to the schools. Far from it. But their are fights to fight and sometimes you need to hear some straight talk about your precious child.

i just heard to people today say they would never let the school discipline their child. And they weren't talking corporatl punishment and they weren't black out of wedlock mothers.
