Lugar is a bloody idiot. He might as well have turned the damn committee over to Joe Biden for all the skill he displays as chairman. Lugar needs a trip to the White House woodshed and his azz kicked for not doing the job he ought to be doing to get the President's choice(s) confirmed. If Lugar had any balls at all, he would have got hold of girly-man Frist and told him to bounce Voinovich OFF his committee, and why?

Voinovich doesn't even show UP for Bolton's testimony, then he strolls in at the last minute to say "he has problems"?

Attention Mr. Lugar? Mr. Voinovich? The PROBLEM is that the Senator from Ohio didn't show up to do his job like the voters and the Constitution EXPECT!!!

Until the GOP starts enforcing some REAL discipline, they will continue to wake up wondering "who stacked the deck" as the 'Rats laugh 'em out of town.
