Get rid of the IRS, replace it with a NRST. No more deductions for anything, all of the tax dodge foundations wiped away. The only reason to give or collect monies would be to help people, not scam the treasury.
Helping people is supposed to be a private and/or religious charity. Tax revenues should be used for the basic cost of government. Not a penny more, regardless of how the revenues are collected.
P.S.: We have a treasury in name only -- a TINO.
