This is a prime example of the Public/private partnerships proposed to businesses and NGOs in a series of "conversations" which started bact in 1994-1996 with Clinton-Gore. Public/private partnerships do a couple of things to rip the fabric of the Republic. One, under these programs the government can just "give away" tax payer dollars to any organization they see fit. This is in utter contradiction to the US Constiution. The private partnership or privitization accomplishes two things for a burgeoning fascism in this country. The government can select the companies it bestows taxpayer largesse upon and often pick companies known to be corrupt and willing to do just about anything for the money. Once the money is given, the company becomes beholden to the government. Now the company solidifies the governments control in specific areas where it had none before, and the company will act at the behest of the government because of it.
The government as you have seen in the last several years, is not working for the American people by request of the American people, but are pushing an internationalist agenda from outside the country down onto state, county and local governments. This system of public/private partnerships is designed to bust the idea of government by the people and be an enforcing mechanism for government by international elites.
To save our country, we must get congress to outlaw this type of graft immediately. But many people are on the taxpayer dole now through public/private partnerships,it looks like our whole economy is based on it these days. But loyal Americans must make the government stop, and make it a felony for government agencies to unilaterally distribute tax money to private organziations for any purpose.
Turn the rotten logs over and shine the hot spotlights on all of them -- Soros, Tides, PBS/NPR/CPB, ACLU, NEA.
What the hell is going on here? My God. To an foreigner of all things. My God, this has got to stop! This has got to stop!

This is just like what is going on in Canada! Taking money from the taxpayers and giving to the Democrats so they can stay in power.

The reason things like this happen (tax money to socialist/communist causes) is because there are plenty of socialists/communists in our government, industry, military, schools, etc., etc,. etc!
The solution to this problem, and it won't happen overnight, is to help elect as many fiscal AND social conservatives as possible..........it is going to take years and years to weed these anti-american forces out of government, etc.
In 1992 and again in 1996, people who were upset with Bush 41 and Dole, either stayed home and didn't vote or voted for Perot (when he was on the ballot), or shudder, voted for Clinton..............and thus we GOT Clinton, the first communist (if Clinton is not a communist, he is doing the best damn inpression of one I have ever seen) to ever be elected President of the United States.................and look what spite got us............hundreds of thousands of socialist/communists added to the payrolls of national and state governments and in the private sector..................I know, I know, Bush 41 and Dole were not the best examples of social and fiscial conservatives, but THEY WERE BETTER THAN CLINTON !!!!! (Sorry for yelling)
Do you really believe that the people fighing Bush 43 every inch of the way, fighting the Bolton nomination, fighting against the war on terriorism, fighting against judical nominations, fighting against decency, and traditional religion, and traditional marriage, in our schools, in our government, in just about every single aspect of our lives..............do you actually believe that these people are not socialists? Do you actually believe that some of them are not communists? When McCarthy was silenced..........these people did not go away, just the opposite has happened, they are here, in our lives, and in big numbers, and they are helping to fund themselves with your money!
Vote, vote conservative, both fiscial and social, before it is too late.
