No, the NRA doesn't. The GOA has been constantly going on about the dangers of this, ignoring the fact that it only applies to judicial fillibusters.

You're right. My mistake. I read a GOA release on that, saw the NRA reference here, and for some strange reason, got the groups mixed up. GOA's playing prevent defense on this, not NRA.
