But people say that about things all the time. We get desensitized to it. For something this gross, you gotta really WARN people.

I had heard that bears actually like the taste of pepperspray defenses. Perhaps this is yet another urban legend.

everyone was warned...what can i say ?Your warning was just fine. I chose not to take a look, so clearly it worked. You indicated what it was and that it was gruesome. My imagination was adequate.

I looked at one of these in a local shop. Looks like a recipe for carpal tunnel syndrome. Then again, I suppose it would be better to have carpal tunnel than to suffer a "Dooku happens" incident at the jaws of a large bruin.

LOL! Out walking around the neighborhood with my wife, I catch the scent of grilling in progress. I'm like Yogi Bear or maybe Fred Flintstone. I begin to levitate.

It's possible that the bear just wanted to protect her nearby freshly killed moose, as well as her cubs. Of course, she might've decided an appetizer was in order. More moose for the cubs that way.

"
... Your warning is hardly sufficient."
Yeah ... like "WARNING : GRUESOME PHOTO" is not like a traffic sign that says STOP?

"Yeah, but I figured it was semi-gruesome."
Ya gotta make those warnings more convincing, KA, or you'll destroy his faithinkings.
