Talk is cheap in ALL DIRECTIONS in Washington. But it has been heavily predicted she will use the issue, but of course, do nothing about it. That is not the angle. The angle is to get as many suckers to believe she will do something about it -- Washington, as a whole, has screwed this country on this issue, and they wonder why people are becoming heavily cynical about their purpose and function.
