523 are Serbian

The Serbs had a list with more than that. They listed about 1,700 Serbs kidnapped and missing back in 2001.

Joan, thank you for having me check the numbers of missing from Kosovo. I used the document from January. There are updated numbers from the March 16th meeting in Belgrade with reps from Kosovo and Serbia and chaired by the Red Cross. Both sides agreed to a list of 2,960 missing with about 2300 Albanians and the remaining 600+ being Serbs, Roma, and others. Here's a news report:

Working group harmonized list of missing as joint (RTS)

The Presiding Chair of the working group for missing persons in Kosovo, Francois Stam, has stated that this body’s members have agreed that the list of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) be joint and valid for all sides included in the shedding light on the fate of the missing. Stam has told the press following the meeting in Belgrade that there are 2960 persons on that list, adding that they are mostly Albanians. The head of the Belgrade delegation Veljko Odalovic has said that there are 2300 Albanians on the list, while the rest are non-Albanians. Odalovic said that it was agreed at the meeting that all missing would be treated equally, regardless of nationality. Stam announced that the next meeting of the working group for missing persons would be held on 9 June in Pristina.
