The Strong material appears to have been provided by Strong himself or his assistants, so this is not any kind of an expose -- he considers his dealings with Cuba and Vietnam to be a credential. You may have noticed that although he claims 51 honorary degrees, he never mentions where he went to college. That's because he didn't. Like Peter Jennings, he didn't go further than Canadian high school. Dr. Evil also simply states that he was born in Canada, not mentioning his birthplace and home town of Winnipeg, Manitoba. Maybe he doesn't think that would impress people.
