This "prohibited content" law was just passed in the last session, ironically, Decker voted against the provision. I guess his principles aren't so strong that he would refuse to take advantage of it.

As a former highway patrol officer who arrested over 4,000 dui's, I was told by an expert for the prosecution:
If your guy is .18 or higher, he is an alcoholic.
