Yesterday I spoke with a customer on the phone. I had forgotten that today would be Saturday and told her that I would fix her computer today. I quickly realized the error but before I could change it to Monday she almost jumped through the phone and said that she would be available all day today. Sheesh!
I gotta change the hard drive and install all of her software again. That takes a few hours.
