You know- I think you have an excellent point. Unfortunately- these days it requires an enormous $$$ machine in place...early...to run a successful campaign. I like Franks a lot- if he wants to run he'd best start making noises ASAP. I'd like him in the Oval Office a whole lot better than McCain.
