I was wondering why he would plead guilty. Then found this comment by him.
Moussaoui, 36, said, ``I can't expect any leniency from the Americans.'' Still, he said, ``I will fight every inch against the death penalty.''
He is going to use up as much of our tax dollars as he can before the switch is thrown.
Many of us older freepers will meet our maker before this scum will!

Gee, he appeared to be just a nice guy being overwhelmed by the laws of our country. /sarcasm

They should just turn him loose.
Only they should announce ahead of time when and where he will be released and at the scheduled time throw him out of a moving van with a target painted on his butt.
