It is not Georgia's fault per say - Communism is an ethnicity repressing and national identity/religion destroying "Utopian one world" ideology. The Russian people followed by the Ukrainian people were the most repressed because they maintained strongest national identities. Communism was not the responsibility of any one ethnicity - if we started to do this ethnic responsibility game we would blame the Jewish people beyond proportion because they were heavily involved in the ranks of the Communist party.
