I would say Nazi Germany was closer to Fascism, but in either case what you get is- an oppressed people.
There's a saying. Fascism of the right and communinsm of the left. It's a thought provoking phrase. Don't try to compare it to American politics, it's just a general phrase.
National Socialism was a socialist system. The fact that they were clever enough to deal with foreign companies does not change the fact that National Socialism was socialism.
