Is WBAL an actual news outfit, or it like the TV stations here in Central Florida, DNC propaganda outlets?

There is both a WBAL-TV (the I-Team mentioned above) and a WBAL radio station. The TV station is your more-than-typical-left TV and the radio station is, oddly enough, conservative talk-radio. I believe they are both owned by the same company, but I'm not sure.
