Once I started using Firefox and all of it's tabbed browsing options from extensions, I wondered why all browsers didn't offer it as an option.

Tabs are nice, but I refuse to use any browser that doesn't use mouse gestures.

So are they going to address the active-x security problems?

Slim Browser all the way.
Every IT guy that comes to my desk for work related stuff see it and invariably they go download and install it.

IE 7.0 is to work only in Windows XP SP2
That is a sinker. SP2 seems to create as many problems as it solves.
I've been using an IE based, independent tabbed browser for years and recently started using FireFox too. Even on a slow laptop, I used tabbed Slim Browser for FR.
MS is far behind in catching up with the capabilities of tabbed browsers.
I don't see how anyone can FR without a tabbed browser. Tabs make it so easy to use FR.

Tabs are nice, but I refuse to use any browser that doesn't use mouse gestures.I know. I'm addicted. It's the most efficient way to browse.
The problem with IE having tabs is that there'll be a whole lot more crap up there besides tabs, wasting all that real estate.

Not bad if they offer tabs other than MSN. I wouldn't put MSN explorer on my PC for anything, personally. I wonder if it will be able to be customized during download.

Mouse Gestures ?
can you explain that one ?

And there are two handy mouse gestures in Avant Browser.Wow. Two??? What about moving between tabs? Minimizing the browser? Opening several links at once? Bookmarking a page? Opening a new, blank tab? Closing a picture? Zooming in on a picture?
I can do all that with my firefox extension.

I click my right button and make some sort of motion. Moving straight up opens a new, blank tab. Moving to the left instead would bring me backwards in history. Moving to the right would bring me forward. It takes... maybe... 1 or two days to learn the gestures but then you're hooked. It makes browsing SO much faster (and hiding the FR window when the boss comes 'round the corner so much easier ;)

And if there was no competition like Microsfot wants, IE would NEVER have had tabbed browsing.

Have you checked out Firefox's extensions? I have used mouse gestures in Firefox. I believe that there are multiple extensions available for this.
To: bigLusr
Opera has mouse gestures. I use it at home and am so used to using them that I often find myself trying to do them on the IE browser at work.

Hope you like the carpal-tunnel syndrome that is undeniably in your future.
Get your hands off that mouse and onto the keyboard like a man! Only girls use the mouse.
