Glocks will not "go off" when dropped....even with a round in the chamber. That's what TC said, let it fall, it will be safe. But don't grab for it, or you may pull the trigger and fire the Glock.

Glocks will not "go off" when dropped....even with a round in the chamber. That's true, but if you "fumble for a falling firearm", and it's a Glock, it will go off if you grab it by the trigger. This is not true with guns with real safeties, like the 1911 type, or my EAA Witness for that matter, UNLESS, the safety is off.
