I have worked some social services as a volunteer around the Elkton area and there is no reason why he could not have found the necessary resources. He should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. The children should not have been given back to the man who murdered their mother. That's illogical.

So if it was the mother who had suffered a brain aneurysm in 1999 you are blaming herfor berating the children. Why did he keep her in a room locked up instead of getting her treated.
I guess we can ignore that he had a girlfriend on the side
