I think the death penalty should be limited to the rape of a child under 12. I think penalties should be alot tougher for any other form of child molestation as well. The main thing we have to do is to track these monsters after their release, and eventually work to the point where they can be cheaply warehoused away from the public. I really like the 'Devil's Island' idea. The only downside would be screwing up a perfectly good island by littering it with sub-human scum.
