If I inherit money the day before FAIR Tax is implemented, it will be taxed as I spend it - thus FAIR Tax creates a stealth death tax (unless I consume at the poverty level).

Or you could give some of it to charity, pay college tuition, give it to me, or invest it all tax free. The choice is yours. Unlike under current tax law.
