I hate to think this is payback and thought more of Powell than this kind of petty behavior. I know that Powell isn't universally liked here, but I have had a lot of admiration for him in the past.
I did too. Maybe I'm being too harsh on Powell, I don't know. I do think Armitage has a mean streak though. And anymore I put nothing past the UN lovers at Foggy Bottom.
