In Texas you do not need a reason to fire someone, you can just fire them and thats it, end of story, but, you have to reclassify the job if you want to replace the fired worker if he was fired for non-cause.

BTW, I'm a Cardnial Puff. Don't remember too much about what happened after that, but I do remember finishing.
